Using the service
By using PDF PLACE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the documents, images and scans you process. You are responsible for having the right to use and share anything you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive material, and do not attempt to bypass rate limits, share-link tokens, passwords or other protections.
Share links
Share links are convenience features with an expiry you choose. Anyone with the link (and password, if set) can open the file until it expires. Treat links as sensitive and prefer short expiries for confidential documents.
Fair use and limits
PDF generation, OCR and AI assistance are rate limited per user and per IP address to keep the service fast for everyone. Files up to 1 GB each are supported, subject to your device's memory.
No warranty
PDF PLACE is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Always keep your own copies of important documents; we are not liable for lost files, failed exports or indirect damages.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
